When it comes to sports, I don't discriminate. I've got a favourite team from just about every league, and my top picks are as follows:
- NHL: Toronto Maple Leafs (even though the currently hold the longest active playoff drought in the NHL)
- NFL: San Francisco 49ers (thank god they finally ended their own playoff slump last year and are now a force to be reckoned with)
- MLB: Toronto Blue Jays (still in an extremely long playoff drought of their own but are showing great signs of progress)

Sports play an important part of my life and I plan to use this blog as a vehicle for discussing my love for it, while also integrating my other passion - statistics. I'm planning on highlighting various aspects and events in the world of sports, and include statistical data based on my own personal research.
